DevOps is a combination of cultural philosophies, methods, and tools that enhance the organization's ability to deliver applications and services at speed. You can innovate and improve products faster than organizations that use traditional software development and infrastructure management processes. These speeds enable organizations to better support their customers and compete more effectively in the marketplace.

However, there is also a weakness to DevOps. Incident may result in delay due to a shift of responsibility. Developers are also developing and operating, and operators are seen to have more work while doing deployment/management operations. This is why communication is most important in DevOps. From now on, developers and operators are more fully aware of each other, improving delivery speed, quality and safety will be a good thing, but it will be better in the future.
